HYNNOVA is presented as an unbeatable opportunity to solve the technological challenges presented by high-capacity H2 production plants and to research new advanced technological solutions for their modular design and efficient and safe management, as well as optimal, integral and holistic solutions for high and low pressure storage, which will place this consortium and the Basque Country as an international benchmark in this sector.

Scope & Objective

The main objective of HYNNOVA is to carry out the necessary research to create new advanced technological solutions for the modular design and efficient and safe management of high capacity renewable hydrogen production plants. In short, HYNNOVA aims to position Basque companies at the forefront of large-scale renewable H2 production, storage and compression, with a new concept of high-capacity green H2 production plant.
